How it works
Three steps. Nothing new to learn
Laymin plugs into the systems you already run, studies the trends in your numbers, and tells you what to do, then sets it up when you say so
01
Connect your systems
Your register, your booking tool, your online store: the systems you already pay for. Laymin reads your history and gets to know the shop.
02
Laymin studies the trends
Best day, slowest day, best seller, what's running low. The same numbers your systems already collect, read for you and said plainly.
03
It tells you what to do, then does it
Not a chart to decode. A play: what to run, and Laymin sets it up the moment you say yes.
Run a Wednesday-only special after 2 PM, because that's where the dip starts. Say the word Tuesday night, and Laymin sets it up and watches what happens.
Demo numbers from a sample café, not a real shop
The play
Every play has three beats
First the stat: what your numbers actually show. Then the play: what usually fixes it, and how to run it. Then your call: nothing happens until you say so. Say yes and Laymin sets it up for you, say stop and it stops.
Plays go both ways. Already run a happy hour on Fridays? Just tell Laymin, and it remembers your plays and measures them the same way.
Wednesdays run 31% under average, six weeks straight
A Wednesday-only special (a sale, a happy hour, an event) usually lifts a slow day
Then it starts again
The fix writes new numbers
The play runs, the register writes new data, and Laymin reads what changed. Every turn of the loop, the answers get sharper. By month six it knows your seasons, not just your last seven days.
Every Tuesday
The report comes to you
Same short shape every week, glanceable in ten seconds: what happened, what you ran, and what it did. It always ends the same two ways: how last week's play measured out, and one play for this week.
No dashboard homework. If nothing meaningful changed, Laymin says so and leaves you alone.

Whenever you want
And you come to it anytime
Between reports, ask anything, like you would a coworker who knows the shop cold. Best hour, slowest day, what stopped selling: plain answers, straight from your numbers.

The rule it never breaks
Never a guess
Every answer comes from your numbers. If the data isn't there, Laymin tells you it can't answer. It never fills the gap with a guess. And every number can show its source.
“Your best hour was 4:00 PM.”
